rozay ke paanch sharaait hain

"Hazrat Abu Huraira Say Riwayat Hai K Nabi Kareem (S.A.W) Ne Farmaya
Jis Shaks Ne Bina Kisi Sharai Uzar or Bimari K Ramazan Ka 1 bhi Roza Chora Tu Puri Zindagi
K Roze Se Iska Badal Nahi Hosakta"(Ibne Maja).

Jin logon per rozay farz hain un keliye paanch sharaait hain:

1. Aik shakhs ka Muslim hona.
2. Muklif hona.
3. Rozay rakhnay per qadir ho.
4. Muqeem ho.
5. Is main koi maanay na paaya jaata ho.

Jis shakhs main ye paanch shartein na paayein jaaein tu us ko Ramzan-ul-Mubarak key rozay chornay ki ijazat hai.


1. Kaafir roza nahin rakh sakta:

Pehli shart ki wajah say aik kaafir per rozay rakhna lazim nahin aur agar who Muslmaan ho jaaye tu use rozay ki qaza ka hukam nahin hai. Kyunke Allah SWT ney fermaya hay ke:
"Aaap kaafiron say keh dijiye ke agar who apney kufr say baaz aa jaayin tu un ke peechlay saarey gunah maaf ker diye jaaein gay" (al-Anfaal 8:38).


2. Muklif ho:

Muklif who shakhs hota hai jo aakil aur baaligh ho. Agar woh shakhs zehni tor per mazoor ya paagal ho tu us per rozay farz nahin hain. Isi tarhaan kisi bachay per bhi rozay farz nahin hain kyunke woh baaligh nahin hota.
Hazrat Muhammad SAW ne farmaya "Meri umat main say 3 qisam ke logon say qalam utha lia gaya hai (yani un kay koi bhi gunah darj nahin hotay): Pagal shakhs jab tak who hosh main na aajaye, soota hua insaan jab tak who bedaar na ho jaaye aur bacha jab tak who baaligh na ho jaaye" (Abu-Dawood: 4399).

3. Woh shakhs jo rozay rakhney per qaadir na ho aur rakhney say aajiz ho:

Rozay ko rakhney per qadir na hona 2 categories main divide hota hai:

a. Woh log jo temporary roza nahin rakh saktey. Per aisay logon ko baad main choray huye rozay pooray kernay ka hukm hai. Aur is main beemar aur musafir dono aatey hain.
"Jo shakhs bhi beemar ho ya musafir use baad main choray huye rozon ko poora kerna hoga" (al-Baqarah 2:185).
Yani aisa beemar shakhs jo sehatyaab ho sakta hai. Aur aisa shakhs bhi jis ney roza tu rakha per achanak tabiyat kharab hogayi aur roza na tora tu zindagi khatray main hai ya bohat takleef hotu us keliye roza torna jaaiz hai.

b. dosri category un logon ki hai jo permanently roza na rakh saktey hoon. Maslan agar koi beemar hai aur sehtyaabi ki koi umeed nahin. Ya koi borha mard aur aurat jo rozay rakhney ki taqaat na rakhta ho. Aisay logon ka fidya ye hai ke ye log kisi maskeen ko khana khila dain her roz keliye jab tak rozay choray jaaein.
“aur woh jinhain roza rakhney main mushkil hai (e.g. aik boorha aadmi) tu (un ke pass choice hai key ya tu roza rakh lain ya) kisi miskeen ko khana khila dain (her roz)" (al-Baqarah 2:184).


4. Shakhs muqeem ho aur safar per na ho:

"Jo shakhs bhi beemar ho ya musafir use baad main choray huye rozon ko poora kerna hoga" (al-Baqarah 2:185).

Aik tu beemari ki halat jis ko uper biyaan ker dia gaya hai aur dosri surat jo is ayat main farmaiyi gayi hai wo musafir k mutalik hai...
agar koi safar main ho to usko bi ijazat hai k chahiye to roza na rakhy or bad main iski qaza rakh ley.
safar main agr roza se takleef na ho,maslan train, car, airoplane ka sfar hai aur ye khayal hai k shaam tak ghar phunch jayega to aisi halat main
safar main bi roza rakh lena behter hai aur agr koi na rakhy balky qaza rakh ly tab bi gunah nahi.
lekin yad rahy k ramadan shareef k roza ki jo barkat or fazilat hai us se mehroom rahega.

5. Is shakhs main koi maaney na paaya jaaye:

Aur ye khaas tor per aurton keliye khas hai. Is tarhaan haaiza aur nifaas wali aurat per roza rakhna lazim nahin hai. Aur dhoodh pilaney wali ya hamla aurat ko bhi rozay chornay ki ijazat hai.
Is main Hazrat Muhammad SAW nay farmya “kia aisa nahin hai ke aik aurat jo nifas say hai who na namaz parhti hai aur na roza rakhti hai" (Bukhari: 298).


Fidya:

Islaye sum up kertay huye hum ye keh saktey hain ke wo aurat ya marad jo mustakil mareez ho or roza rakhny se jan ko khatra ho, aur zindagi main achy hony ki umeed hi na ho
wo marad or aurat jo bhut ziyada bhura hai (old aged) roza rakh hi nahi skta, aise log rozy k bajaye fidya dy lekin baad main khabi rozy rakhny k kabil hogaye to pechly rozon ki qaza karni hogi,aur ainda rozy rakhny hongy, aur jo fidya diya hai sadqa main shumar hojayega....

Har rozy ka fidya kis ik miskeen/gareeb ko subh or shaam ka khana khila dena hai.
agar kesi ko fidya ada karny ki takat bi na ho to istagfar kare aur dil main niyat rakhy k jab hoskyga to ada karunga.

Per dosray log, jo temporary beemar hoon ya musafir ya woh aurtain jo rozay nahin rakh sakteen, un sab keliye fidya nahin balkey baad main rozay pooray ki talqeen hai.

Allah SWT hum sab ko Ramzan-ul-Mubarak ke rozay sahi say rakhney aur is babarkat maheenay main humain zaada say zaada naikian kernay ki taufeeq ata fermaayein. Aameen
